- March 31: Deadline to register to the excursion to Onsala to participate in the celebrations of the 75th anniversary of the Observatory, at the following link:

Getting to Göteborg/Gothenburg
By train
Train tickets can be booked at SJ. Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen are all roughly 3 hours away – but remember, the best thing in Stockholm is the next train to Göteborg!
By plane
Landvetter airport is about 20 minutes from Gothenburg by bus/car/taxi.
It is possible to travel from Landvetter to the Gothenburg city center by bus: Flygbussarna. Buses are frequent and tickets can be purchased through the Flygbussarna app, or from the vending machine in the terminal after you exit baggage claim and customs.
Around Gothenburg
There is an excellent network of trams and buses for getting around Gothenburg. Tickets can be purchased with the Västtrafik app. The app is an effective tool for planning trips around the city.
Accomodation
Gothenburg offers a diverse range of accommodation options. Many hotels can be found in the city center and can be easily reached on foot from the conference venue within a 20 minute walk.
When making your accommodation arrangements, please keep in mind that prices may vary depending on the date of booking and the platform you use.
