Social activities for the 10th IVTW
Visit to GARD and the Nanofabrication Laboratory
For those of you who signed up for the visit (please have a look at your registration).
Date and time: 21 October at 14:00 CEST
Meeting place: Kemigarden 1, outside the physics building, see picture below.
The visit is expected to take about 2.5-3.0 hours.

Before the start of the official program, we organize a visit of the clean room and laboratories of GARD. Please indicate during the registration if you want to join this visit. There will only be a limited amount of spots, filled by a first come first safe bases.
Once we know about the general interest in the visit we will provide more information about the event.
Workshop dinner at Universeum
For those of you who signed up for the dinner (please have a look at your registration).
Kindly note that we can cover two (2) drinks as per Chalmers policy. Any additional drinks will be at your own cost.

Visit to the Onsala Space Observatory
For those of you who signed up for the visit to Onsala Space Observatory (please have a look at your registration).
Date and time: October 25, 08:45 CEST
The bus will leave from Panorama hotel at 08:45, October 25. The bus is expected to be back at Panorama hotel at around 13:45-14:00.
If you need to be back earlier for catching a flight, please let us know during meeting.
Please note, if the weather is bad, we may have to cancel the visit.
